Ingredients: Organic North American Nettles, Organic Oatstraw & Organic Horsetail.

Suggested Use: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose herbs in a mug with 1-2 cups of boiling water.  Cover top of mug with a small plate to steep for 5 minutes to receive the best herbal benefits. Strain herbs out & ENJOY.  If you would like to make a stronger tea infusion, 1/2 cup of herbs can be used and steep for 10-15 minutes.
