Digestive Herbal Tea Blend

Description: Lovely loose tea blend of organic flowers, herbs and seeds that support healthy digestion. 

Size: 1 Organic Cotton Muslin Bag 4 in. wide x 5 in tall. Stainless steel strainer ball optional.

Ingredients: Organic Chamomile flowers, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Peppermint Leaf, Organic Plantain, Organic Marshmallow Root, Organic Fennel Seed and Organic Coriander Seed.

Suggested Use: Steep 1 tablespoon of loose herbs in a mug with 1-2 cups of boiling water.  Cover top of mug with a small plate to steep for 5 minutes to receive the best herbal benefits. Strain herbs out & ENJOY.
