Nettle and Oatstraw Herbal Tea Blend

Description: A simple blend of loose herbs full of minerals supportive of bone health.

Size: 1 Organic Cotton Muslin Bag 4 in. wide x 5 in tall. Stainless steel strainer ball optional.

Ingredients: Organic North American Nettles, Organic Oatstraw Green Tops.

Suggested Use: Steep 1 tablespoon of loose herbs in a mug with 1-2 cups of boiling water.  Cover top of mug with a small plate to steep for 5 minutes to receive the best herbal benefits. Strain herbs out & ENJOY.  If you would like to make a stronger tea infusion. 1/2 cup of herbs can be used and steep for 10-15 minutes.
